Cognitive Life Coaching focuses on increasing your self-awareness, exploring your life goals, personal challenges, and long-standing aspirations.

It aims to evaluate these life changes, whilst at the same time assessing your strengths and weakness to improve certain areas of your life.

As a personal development coach, I will be there to support, encourage and teach you techniques to make you feel at ease and confident in changes you want to make in your life.

How can coaching help you develop?

Working with a coach will help you to recognize where you want to be in life and how you can get there, as well as identifying the potential that already exists within you. This I will together with your determination accomplish through a series of questions designed to help you recognise, accept and build upon your strengths and weaknesses.

During the coaching sessions you will be given the opoportunity to access your emotional well-being and how you are progressing in life.  This is where you will explore in which state of mind and relationship you are in. Are you happy? Are you reaching your goals? 

As a coach, I will not necessarily give you direct advice and I will not tell you exactly what to do, but instead, we will explore expert strategies that you may not have considered.  I will offer you guidance and support through a tailored personal development plan so that you are able to follow the GROW (Goal – Reality – Options – Will) model of success and remain focused on the journey outside of the coaching sessions.
