Avoidance of pain increases it. To heal, you must pass through the doorway of grief. Emotional wounds are beyond “sadness”; they’re felt in the depths of your being.
A healing circle is one of the best ways to begin a healing journey. Healing can help all physical and emotional concerns. Ubuntu Healing and Talking Circles helps you to honor your pain instead of what you have been doing, that is running from it.
Come to our healing and talking circles where you unplug, you learn to put time aside to reflect, and give yourself permission to overcome your pain.
The first step to healing is to surround yourself with people who will not judge you, who have the same problem and who are either on the healing journey or have healed.
Who is the circle for?
- If you are experiencing emotional pain.
- If you feel that you are on empty and need to recharge.

- If you know of anyone that you want to send healing to.

Payable via Bank Transfer or Paypal
Each member will bring along food and drinks that will be shared in the group. Please come in comfortable clothing. There are 16 chairs available and each participant should bring cushions that they can sit on.
