Build your Self-Confidence is an exploratory and experiential course designed to aid learners to understand what self-confidence is, identify current level of self-confidence, improve upon this and learn how to reach beyond your comfort zone to accomplish your goals in life.
By applying my simple created steps in this action-packed, comprehensive online course, you will be able to walk away finally knowing the formula to having an unbreakable confidence.
Aims and Objective
The Self-Confidence course will look at both the areas of self-esteem and low self-esteem and explaining their causes and effects.
You will be able to understand what are unhelpful thinking styles, physical symptoms associated with low self-esteem and unhelpful behaviours.
The course will illustrate how you can challenge these unhelpful patterns using various CBT techniques.
You will learn and understand the cyclical effect of low self-esteem and how to break the cycle and above all the importance of self-care.
You will learn how to re-wire and evaluate your own behaviour and substitute unhelpful practices with more helpful and positive ones.
The course will also help you to identify your positive attributes, achievements and establish gratitude.
Develop a self-confidence goal.
Learn to build resilience and a ‘Yes I can’ attitude.
You will learn to reach past your self-imposed limitations and achieve your goals.
Encourage self-acceptance and how to build self-confidence.
